I think the header image on your site is damaged. I downloaded the the header from your site and opened it in Photoshop. When I did, Photoshop gave me a message that said, "This document may be damaged (the file may be truncated or incomplete). Continue?" I also checked the other header images on your site and found that they were damaged as well. Plus, there were 3 more than there were suppose to be. Right now, I have no idea how that happened, but I suggest downloading the theme again, deleting all the old header files and uploading the ones from the fresh download.
